Hello and welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page! Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our goods delivery.
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store, or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
Free Delivery
It is currently FREE SHIPPING for all orders with a minimum total purchased above RM300.00
For any orders below RM300.00, there will be a shipping charges of RM15.00
Delivery Time
3 - 5 working days after your payment has cleared.

Location/coverage area
We ship to the whole of Malaysia using PosLaju as our Courier Service.
We do provide international shipping, please kindly contact crownclinic@live.com or enquiry@crownclinic.com.my to get international shipping rate. Estimate shipment charges range from RM 50.00 – RM 250.00.
What if I do not receive my order
Not to worry, all items are tracked. If your item is missing, please email us at enquiry@drlwc.com.my or drlwc@hotmail.com and we will help find your item
Important Note: For efficient delivery, please ensure the delivery address is correct & and a valid contactable phone number is provided
If you are not home, a card will be left for you. You will need to reschedule the delivery with PosLaju at your earliest convenience.
